If I do not receive payment within 3 business days & I do not hear from you within this time frame, I will return the item(s) to my shop.

If you are in Australia and would like to pay by direct bank deposit, just let me know and I will send you payment information.

Shipping

Items will be posted within two working days after payment is made. All items will be sent by Australia Post. For destinations outside Australia items will be sent by air-mail. Please contact me for mailing costs and allow up to 5-12 working days for delivery. For deliveries within Australia please allow 2-3 working days.

As much as I would like to replace everything that goes AWOL in transit, I can’t afford to. SmartAlex Textiles takes no responsibility for items lost in the mail. If you would like to buy insurance for your goods, please contact me for a quote. I will post your item immediately upon clearance of payment, to the address you provide.
